7. This personal information can be collected by various means and sources, including but not limited to:

7.1 automatically when you visit and use our Portals and Services;

7.2 upon subscribing to any of our Services or such other Services/Products offered by the Service Providers on our panel from time to time;

7.3 attorneys, tracing agents, debt collectors and other persons that assist with the enforcement of agreements;

7.4 Credit Report data obtained from Experian or any of the other Credit Bureau`s;

7.5  communication via our CRM, i.e. Distribution Reports; Proof of Payments to Creditors; etc. etc.

7.7 responses to marketing via email, SMS, and social media platforms

7.8 telephone recordings;

7.9  respond to an advert via WhatsApp;

8.2 To communicate with your Creditors and/or their Debt Collectors and/or Collection Attorneys.
